Taylor Mill Properties

We are forever finding new and unexpected spots of goodness in our town.  When I told Harry I wanted to go check out this old mill on our date night last night, I think he thought I was crazy but we both loved what a treasure this place turned out to be.

They are revitalizing this old bleachery into spaces for local artist and purveyors of goods to lease out.  Some of the current occupants include Appalachian Spirit Folk Instruments,  Makeup Artist: Cotton Rouge, Wet Plate Collodion Photography, Florist and Specialty Machine Shops. You can see a full list of occupants here

We scoped out this massave factory that is being outfitted for future tenants.

The natural lightening was perfect, I couldn’t resist…

There are many spaces available for lease.  I really can’t wait to see what this place will be like when it is fully occupied.

Besides it being the First Friday with Savvy Restyle Market we were finally able to check out Due South Coffee.

Not your ordornary coffee bar, no…this place sets the stage for the coolest brewing method of their own roasted coffee that I have ever seen.

It’s a ‘must see’ if you are in the Greenville, SC area.

They also have a few local brews on tap

You can keep up with Taylor’s Mill Properties on Facebook here Check it out!
