While we’re waiting for eggs from our new little flock (hopefully by this summer they will be laying) We still HAVE to have dessert…but when it can actually have a vegetable in the mix…that’s a bonus secret ingredient (Don’t tell my husband)

This could not be easier people!  And being egg free it is a win-win for my friends with egg allergies!  I could not believe how moist these were, SOOO delish!
