In trying to keep things simple I thought I would be smart and make a box cake (you know the cake out of a Betty Crocker box?), whipped cream as icing and sugared raspberries to adorn the top.  Yeah, Instagram does a great job of making things look super easy.  My kitchen is now trashed as is the room I photographed the cake and almost dropped it on the floor.  It was fun watching the raspberries slide off the cake like they were on a waterslide.

Baker I am not.
